I weigh 137 pounds. I bought a recharge firm because of my back. It sagged almost 2 in after 6 months. The mattress firm nor simmons would do anything about it. I bought another mattress and now have a 900.00 recharge headboard. There has to be something that can be about customer service. Stay right away from the beauty rest black. We have had nothing but trouble trying to source linen that will fit it (mattress is very deep). Also mattress sags. We have had it for a year. After sales through Simmons is hopeless, they don't care. I would never buy another one. Ever. Add comment

I purchased my beautyrest (yea right!) in June 2014 and within the first week I had terrible hip pain, worse than my 10yr old mattress gave me! It's a king size mattress and me and my boyfriend sleep in it so our weight combined is about 280lbs. I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Classic in 2008 and on about 2012, 4 years later I've been suffering with neck, shoulder and lower back pain because of the sink hole and the mattress caves in in the middle. Keep in mind that I'm 111 lbs. I've tried purchasing a topper, put foam in between the mattress and box spring to push the sink hole up and nothing works. I contacted Sleepys and now Bed... My Simmons Beauturest Crestview size queen is less than 2 years old and has a huge sag in the middle of the mattress. It's comical at how large this sagging is! But I'm not laughing at wasting $810. It is ridiculous how they void the warranty if you have one small stain! I will never buy Simmons again! Add comment

I have purchased your airbed, and have had to exchange each one 3 times in less than 6 months because it leaks air or the tufting comes apart. Inspector showed up at our house and the first thing he did before measuring the depression in the mattress was building up the creator by pushing on the mattress all around the sides of it. I bought a Simmons BeautyRest Recharge WorldClass mattress on January 31, 2014. Now on June 29, 2014 I am waiting for a store rep to come out and look at the defective mattress. I purchased my air bed and within one week of sleeping on it, it began to slowly deflate. I was unable to find the hole to repair it so I slightly deflated a didn't sleep on it. I spent $800 on overstock.com on a Simmons BeautyRest Maddyn Plush Pillowtop Queen set. Reviewers had described it as plush but very firm. Like other reviewers here, the mattress is VERY deceptive.
