Simmons wouldn't honor the warrany on Beautyrest Mattress

Simmons Beautyrest Mattress complaint by Ncollier
We bought a Simmons Beautyrest mattress in January of 2007. Within a year, we noticed a permanent depression in it that didn't go away. We contacted the store that sold it to us in May 2008 and they came out and checked and said it had a 2 1/8 inch depression and would qualify for a replacement. When they found out that I had ripped the tag off of it, they said they couldn't send it back to the company. So, I contacted Simmons, filed a claim, sent pictures and a copy of the damage report from the store we bought it from and we got a rejection letter in the mail yesterday. They said that they found "no structural damage". I would like to know why a 1 year old mattress would have a depression in it if it didn't have! I would suggest to everyone that they NOT buy from Simmons because they won't honor their warranty.
